The package was broken open on the sides. Ok, not major. The car shows signs of wear. Alright, so it's used. I can overlook those things. But the gray level that holds the camera in place was smashed out of alignment and wouldn't function until I carefully worked it back into position. Selling used and broken items not advertised as such is a dick move.
