The company that makes this item, Farag Janitorial, prides themselves on customer service. I called them on the phone after I lost several of the nuts which screw onto bolts holding this thing together. I got an actual human customer service rep on the phone almost immediately (no more than a 2 minute wait) and he is sending me a new package of nuts and bolts for this cart gratis (no charge, free). I have to say that I am impressed. Also this thing seems to be quite sturdy, so I think that it will last a while. It comes in a huge heavy box in pieces and has to be assembled, but this is not surprising as it is a rather large item. It wasn't very difficult to assemble.
