These locks are not heavy duty and I imagine they could easily be breached if someone tried (there are much sturdier and effective locks if you need this, and you will pay more). I like the look of the different colors and size is perfect to replace things like carabiner clips. I use these on little hinge locks where we store automatic cat feeders and watering machines. The boxes keep the machines secure and prevents raccoon access, however when I used carabiners to keep the doors shut, homeless people would come take them off. These lock have simple to set 3 digit combinations , are easy to access and the homeless people leave them alone - too much work.The build quality isn't great, the numbers rattle quite a bit when you're setting the combinations. And unfortunately these were too small to fit on the lockers at the gym I go to. Pretty cheap though, I can see why someone would buy these.I would say for the money they are a great buy however some are built weaker than others so beware when using them to check for damage or weak spots if you intend on everyday use. Overall pretty good!Light for the classroom as an extension in numbers and one broke within the first week. For the price, I am not too upset but I will not be buying them again.Overall the locks are good, except I found that a few of the locks have their combination dials a little lose.The locks were small, but worked perfectly for the escape box project I was putting together.
